Hot House
Taking its name from the tropical greenhouse house in Botanic Gardens in Belfast our Great Taste Award-winning sauce made with fresh pears and ginger. Mild, zingy and fruity, rounded off with Trinidad Scorpion chillies.
Great with cheese, stirred through noodles or on pizza.
Samson
Sweet and fruity with a warm Habanero kick. Taking its name from the famous yellow ship building crane at Belfast harbour, this sauce has a connection to the sea with the inclusion of Dulse Irish seaweed. It is loaded with fresh mango and pineapple and works well with egg and cheese dishes and even vanilla ice cream.
Botanic
It’s big, it’s green and its named after the Botanic Gardens in Belfast. Splash it on your salad, drizzle on your tacos or drop into some natural yogurt for a zippy dip. This is a medium heat sauce but it is huge on flavour and the Ghost Peppers add that little bit of fire at the end.
Bonfire Chipotle
A dark, smoky sauce with a deep flavour which is perfect for barbecues. It uses 2 of the ‘Holy Trinity’ of Mexican peppers, the Ancho & Pasilla combined with the Chipotle which is smoked Jalapeno to add richness to any dish.

Sweet roasted peppers and a generous lashing of Carolina Reapers, the world’s hottest pepper, make this sauce more than just heat and vinegar.
